“Flashback,” the third album of Dark Model, is a collection of 15 dramatic orchestral electronic tracks including new mixes of its early works. Immerse yourself in this most rock-oriented album of the project.
Tatsuya Oe, also known as Dark Model, will release “New Classics Vol.1 &2” under the moniker of OE. Vol.1 focuses on the indie rock/electronica side of the project, and Vol.2 delves into the contemporary, edgy, and experimental side.
First cut from Dark Model’s second album “Saga.” Not only does this thematic track construct orchestral sound, but it also features disco & funk elements which Oe had embraced throughout his career as Captain Funk.
Dark Model’s first album has been nominated for the 14th Independent Music Awards in the Dance/Electronica Album category. The past winners & nominees include Ra-Ra Riot, Flying Lotus, and Jamie Lidell.
